Replying to Really Saga? Really?

Probly a repost, but i dont even care. First of all, they said on their website that the most delayed jackets (the pro model jackets and all the large jackets) will be shipping by the 27th or 28th. I still have no shipping confirmation email, or even an indication that my jacket will be here any time soon. I emailed them, and guess what? No reply! The worst customer service I have ever seen with any company. Come on Saga, you're a great company, you gotta step it up.
