First off a bit of information:
I use a gopro shooting 720p, 60fps and edit using final cut express.
When i convert my gopro clips using streamclip, i convert them to Apple Intermediate Codec, as i cant use Apple ProRes cause i only have fce not fcp.
This creates one problem as when i import to fce, it drops half the frames to convert it to 29.97fps so when i slowmo, its crap and all morphy.
Any idea how i fix this?
I read Abe's gopro workflow guide and it sounds like i really need to get the ProRes codec to fix this, is it possible for FCE?
Also while im here.....anyone know of a twixtor plugin for fce?
