Newschoolers player not working for me

I just got a new lenovo laptop for Christmas, so of course the first thing I did was go to newschoolers the only problem is that none of the videos, like Salomon freeski tv, work for me they end up as pixelated randomness with good audio. is there any software that I could get to help with this?
