Your Ideal DSLR Lens Set

Obviously this depends on what you shoot with, but for me with my 7D, here it is:

Tokina 11-16mm 2.8
Canon 50mm 1.4
Canon 24-70mm 2.8
Canon 70-200mm 2.8

So far I'm only packing the 50, and a kit 18-135, but the Tokina is on order now that I sold my Canon 10-22, and hopefully the others aren't too far off.

What are the rest of you DSLR users shooting? What's in your dream camera bag and why?

Maybe I should add a component to the question so it includes your ideal, but realistic lens setup, and what you want to do with it (i.e. recreational shooting, pro photography, pro cinematography). Not only do I want to know if I'm overlooking any options out there, but I'm generally curious as well.

It looks like there's a 17-50mm 2.8 by Tamron out there, if that's what you're thinking of. I'd have to look into it a little more, but it looks like a pretty solid lens for only $400 or so...

Yeah people rave about it on here all the time, the non vc i guess is the best for video according to 1337. id expect more replies soon.

No, that makes a lot more sense. I thought you meant the 17-35, the 50, AND the 80-200 were in the mail... pretty much the best UPS delivery one could think of.

Ideal:
keep 50D for backup, get 5DmkIII when it gets out
keep canon 70-200mm 2.8
replace canon 50mm 1.8 for canon 50mm 1.4
canon 16-35mm 2.8
canon 24-70mm 2.8
pocketwizard plus II wireless trigger set
2 canon 580EX flashes

right now i'm just photographing for a hobby, but i'm going to get some photography job soon..

Off topic, but any of you use teleconverters? Other than reducing your effective aperture, is there much loss in clarity, or any noticeable increase in CA or lens flaring? I'm thinking if the loss in picture quality is minimal, that would make for a pretty nice companion to the 70-200 2.8.

probably f4 vs f2.8, and for a crop sensor camera 11 is a LOT wider than 17.

I'm a huge fan of my sigma 18-50mm 2.8 and sigma 70-200mm 2.8 and my super-tak 50mm. I only wish I didn't sell my tokina 11-16 2.8 and I would be completely set then.

Current setup:
Rokinon 8mm f/3.5 (doesn't accept filters so I can't use an ND filter)
Olympus 28 f/3.5
Pentax SMC 50 f/1.4
Tamron 17-50 f/2.8
Canon 70-200 f/2.8

Ideal would probably replace the Rokinon with the Tokina 11-16, Canon 85 f/1.8, and a Macro lens.
