no welding needed.
-take 2 pipes(or cut one in half)
-get a pice of wood
-put the wood between the two pieces of metal
-put holes through the metal and wood
-put wood supports into the ground to hold it up.

i am makin a 16 foot flat bar right now.
Get a buncha 2 x 4's. put one down, then every so feet put a support that is the desired height. then put another long 2 x 4 on the topso it looks like a ladder laying down. then put angle iron or PVS er sumthin on.
