Looking for roommate cottonwood heights

                                     title pretty much sums it up, one of our beloved roommates is leaving due to unexpected financial circumstances,so we have a room open in our house,and all of our friends already have places at this point in the year so in a semi desperate bid to save some loot on rent,were gona take a gamble on finding someone on NS,cuz believe it or not ive had good results in the past. so hopefully we can find someone as cool as he was to fill his shoes                                      

                 we live literally 4mins from the base of big and little cottonwood canyons,so location is prime for getting up there early.

                      its a 4 bedroom house and there may be a little shifting around between us as to who will be in what room but depending on the one thats open,rent will be between $320-$400 a month,plus utilities that average about $50/$60 a month.


          we need someone at least 21yrs old,whos had other places in the past and understands how to be a responsible roommate,cuz weve all had roommates in the past who have trashed shit or just sucked at life,weve all trashed a place we rented once in our lives but were over it now cuz were all over 24,we have a good landlord which is sometimes hard to find and most of the people living here have been for 3yrs, so i hope you get my point
