here's a tip. stand up, jump, do a standing three.
that should give you a good idea of how to initiate a spin. you just pop and rotate, starting with your upper body
Already said a lot but spin with your head. Everything else will follow. The key is to keep looking over your shoulders untill you are all the way around. A lot of beginners kinda panice and automaticly look dow to the landing. Try to aviod doing that. Also make sure that you get some prespin with your body at the lip but dont let your skis start to turn untill you pop off. If the turn to early u will lose all your speed and most likly not make it around or to the landing.
Tighten up in your body as you go off the jump! It will help you alot so:
- tighten up your body
- Wide stance
- Pop when the tip of your ski is "over" the jump
-spin right after the pop
- keep spotting your landing
- Land
And here you go Your first 360!
sorry for my bad english
huck tuck and prey and then about mid prey spot your landing. thats how i landed my first 7
