I'd recommend stomping into your local mountain thrift store with your ski boots on and seeing what they have. Otherwise MSR Denalis. I'm saving for AT bindings and skins.
also are you saying that I should get completely seperate touring bindings or just get trekkers? I really dont want to get a completely seperate binding so if trekkers would work for what im looking for thatd probably be what I would go for, dont really wanna remount my skis with new bindings right after i payed 300 for them. Just looking for the best option to do a lil hiking at brighton, just to get some better lines
thats good, i hate to see people getting in over their heads.
for what it sounds like you're going to be doing trekkers might be nice, but sooner or later you're going to want AT bindings
either way you need skins, check out black diamond, g3, or BCA
yeah i know i need skins, but how do trekkers handle steeper terrain? im goin with my snowboard buddies and they will be in snowshoes and i dont wanna get left behind haha
