Conversion: Fail

I uploaded a video, and got this message, and I've noticed it on a couple other videos.

Not sure if this has to do with the video or the site, but I thought I would bring it to light.

it bugs me too, my only video says its being converted but never goes as far to fail. threads for some kind of explanation. thanks

So many videos fail. Until you completely fix this problem before 3rd party embeded videos are not allowed.

its happened to me twice now, id like to know also why i cant upload my video, it just tells you it fails, with no information on how to fix the problem.

I just checked and everything that has been uploaded recently has been converted.

Most often the files fail during the upload process while you are transferring a very large chunk of data. We are working to improve our uploader but do not have a solid release date for it yet

I know its a few months later but I have run into the same problem and I don't know what I should do to fix it.
