sending nordica shit back

i;m sending some broken nordica Smarttech 10 boots back....
but i don't have a receipt ...so im wondering if im wasting my time by just sending the boots back with a letter saying 'im a huge nordica supporter' [not]
they were $650.00!~!!!!

send them back thru a shop that is a nordica dealer and treat it as a regular warranty thing, always have better luck sending shit back thru stores than on your own

^it's just what they call the order/transaction number when you send stuff on warranty back to the company you sold it to. and if you get an RA number from them make sure you write it really big on the box.

i was told their boots were top of the line... they felt and looked like 'top of the line' material... really light boot
... but fuck.. they aren't durable
everything little piece broke
and as to the Nordica Beast (skis) they suck too ... my buddy (shagboy) had them for less than a year, and pressure points were starting to appear, at the tips.... and they eventually snapped.!

i have the beasts and i absotidolilutley love them...they have like sping in the heal to abosob shock and stuff...they are so comfy and warm..great boot

at our shop someone had a package of prewrapped skis and the screws for the binding that wasnt on were digging into the base of the other ski like crazy, so the people at nordica arent that smart, if they packaged the skis

I have W8.1s... they're good for all mountain skiing, but they suck in the park. Serious shin damage issues. Not a lot of flex. Fortunately I have park boots too.
