There is a rail with fifteen kinks in it right below the swimming pools at the University of Utah. The stairs run along a grass hill on on both sides so you can set a jump wherever you want.

I drove all the way there and it wasn't even a natural inrun and i'm way strong i can bench 35s once.....your mean my mom was so mad that she had to come pick me up all the way out there.

There is also a super mellow kink rail at the back of Morningside Elementary and it even includes a nice natural in run.
