ok so ive been sking some ht doggers from last year with a #8 and for some reason my feet always seem to be cold espically my toes and i have horrible shin bang and i can figure out why, anyone know?

Your cold toes are caused because your boots are cutting off the circulation.

Shin bang is caused because your boots don't fit you properly. Try putting a booster strap, put some computer mouspads inthe tongue of your boot or just tighten them. Try not to land back seat either.

expect my boots fit ine and don't have to be a douche and does the strap go on inside or outside of tounge because she many people say different?

Inside the tongue. And if your boots did fit, your toes wouldn't hurt or be cold, and you wouldn't get shin bang. So no, your boots don't fit. However, full custom footbeds and booster straps can help. But seriously there are 5 of these EXACT same threads every single day. Next time use the searchbar, there's so many of these threads even the shitty searchbar can help, you won't get flamed so hard.

The FullTilt is not know not be a particularly warm boot. The shells are exceptionally thin.

Same things are happening to my tecnica's, but isn't tecnica wideboots. my feets and ancels arent that big? what can i do? i always tighten them as much as posible..

well theres your problem, its a wide boot and you dont have a wide foot so you tighten them as much as you can and surprise surprise your feet go numb. You should be able to do the buckles up easily and not have to struggle. Its its hard to do up its too tight. go to a bootfitter and get the bots refitted.
