Im 17 and live in Ottawa aswell. If you dont know this by now everything in hull is easy to get into. Hell clubs like volt and addiction have more 16 year olds than 18 year olds.
As for QC, i went last year with breakaway tours and i got in with a shitty ID. The method me and everyone else i know uses is find someone who is legal and looks similar. %90 of the people i know who are my age and go clubbing use this method and it works fine for them.
It works fine for me and im 5'5" and not the oldest looking guy.
I could have hooked you up with a guy who made sick fake ID's ( government one's that looked completely legit) but he has stopped making them.

Oh well dont worry if your on QC trip. All the clubs youll be going to with breakaway will let you in no matter what really. Aslong as you have a somewhat close looking ID youll get in for sure.
Breakaway make's their money by basically guarenteing kids they will get in the club, the clubs are fine with this because they know the more kids they let in the more money they make. They dont get buisness by having a reputation of turning kids away.
If your going to a random bar in QC not with breakaway thats when youll need a pretty similar looking ID
