how do you chuck the cork when going off and what do you do while you're in the air?

I set the spin for the 5 and simultaneously imagine that I'm doing a cartwheel to the left (I spin left). This gets me really corked. In the air I just try to spot my landing.

I've only landed a couple though.

for me i jump and on first 180 try to be looking at the ground, try to get parallel kinda, and once you have that you are locked into rotation and just ride it out.
