So, i just made my 15 foot double barrell (i must have said this a shitload of times so far, cus im stoked). I set it up in my backyard and what not. Built the lip and a wimpy lump for a drop in. Now, i don't have that much of a slope in my backyard. So hittin the rail is almost near impossible because i have no speed. Any suggestions to get speed? The only option i am considering is making a ghetto drop in outta 5 year old waterlogged plywood (i'm trying to use what resources i have).
+KK for any solid answers..

build a bigger dropin out of snow if you have more snow, if you have some wood you shuold try and see what you can come up with. I got tired of building my dropin out of snow so i got a banshee bungee for my backyard.

-use poles
-keep the lip mellow (no big steep jumps)
-find SOMETHING. For example, I have these plastic little crates I found in my garage that I use as steps up to my drop-in.
-try dumpster diving, you can find some really nice stuff, I got around 80% of my wood for free.
You really want a legit drop in. So you don't have to build one all over every year, you can use it in the summer, and so you can add stuff. (Like being able to go off this jump, or carve right and hit this rail, etc.)
Having your own set up is really fun, but you need to keep changing stuff so you don't get bored. It all starts with having enough speed. I really thing you should just build a decent drop-in.

yeah, my rail is fucking tall so i need alot of speed to pop onto it.. Ended up just making a drop in with all the snow the east got.
All times are Eastern (-5)
