Issues with Seller: ARSpinna

So I hate to create this thread, but recently I bought some bindings (FKS 180) from ARSpinna, and he hasn't responded or logged on in almost a week. He said he sent the bindings, but no confirmation number was given, and hasnt returned any of my phone calls/messages since that text message. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about him, and since I transferred the 140 via Paypal as a gift, I can't dispute the transaction if he did cut and run with my money.

I really need this resolved quickly, and am sad to have to do this in such a way.

i feel you, same thing is going on with me right now, its almost been 2 months and i havent received a jacket , they guy said he sent it but he reads all my messages but no reply, blocked me on fb and wont reply to my texts, it really sucks.

hope everything works out.

Did you pay with a credit card or bank card through Paypal - or have your bank account transfer money into your Paypal account?

I bought form him and he was legit, and I never send as a gift anymore unless ik the seller bc it sucks and you cant get shit back. It is that time of year where shit takes longer but not that long.

Sucks he was a legit seller till now hate it when this happens

Contact your bank, let them know Paypal is not covering your purchase, you did not receive the merchandise. They may be able to help you out.

Pro tip for the future - always pay with a bank card / credit card - even if Paypal screws you, your bank can get your funds back through a card dispute.

As lovingly as possible, I say that ARSpinna sounds like a loser.  When a problem arises you block people and don't respond to them?  Nice.  Bumping so no ones buys from him again.  I hope you get your stuff man.

good news for you guys i got his numba!
i live in boulder had scheduled a time to go get some Titlts off him but he sold them the day before I was coming to try them on and pay in cash...all he said to me was you snooze you lose...after we made a time to meet up.
Lucky, I was just about to delete this kids number from my phone but he rly didn't seem like a scammer.

So GOOD news!

I got the FKS in the mail today, great shape. I suppose the only sad part about all this was the dudes lack of communication, but the goods were perfect.
