Anyone know of good spots in panorama?

Hey guys, I'll be stuck in panorama for two weeks and from the skiing today I am not stoked on what options I have There is about 30cm of base at the summit (don't believe the bullshit their site is posting) so all the cliff lines are impossible to hit without taking chunks out of my bases. The park crew has not started building anything so I assume the park will not be open and tayton is closed so I can't build a jump.

So if any of you guys know of some secret areas close to panorama or some nice lines near the bottom I would appreciate it if you guys told me about them.

my friend and i built a jump into pow but its not very big and you will never find it but its kind of off founders ridge...im really ticked off that the fucking park crew havent even started blowing the run itl be on yet

Somehow, you need to get to Kicking Horse. It's pretty schnazy right now, good snow, not that many crowds. More than 30cm base. I can believe the 30cms, every time I go to Invermere, it's pretty bare.

You could build a half-decent jump on the spot above the golf course - cut hard left when you see an open spot beside Outrider just before you hit Boomerang and Detour that terminate at the base of Sunbird. Depends on how much snow is in there, but it's a big wide-open spot. Kind of flat, but you may be able to find a nice run-in.

Other than that, maybe try the trees inbetween Tacky and Liftline at the lower end of Champagne chair - don't be afraid to get right in there, there's often hidden stashes among the bushes. Having said that, it's usually better later-season though when it's filled in quite a bit.

Panorama's kind of rubbish early season to be honest, it never gets much snow. Side hits and rollers are probably your best option.

You guys got it all wrong, if you hike 5 mins past Never Never Land, on the otherside of the ridge there's a few stretches of 40 foot banger pillow lines. Really not that much snow is needed, their pretty perfect year-round. If you don't have a beacon backcountry experience it's probably not the best idea though, the ski out could trigger a small slide if the conditions are bad.
