they're just too heavy for me. I'm 5'8" 160lb. My friend has last years in a 189's and we have the same boot sole length so I got to try them.  They're freakin awesome but I've had my heart set on the Bacon's for a couple years now.Now that they have early rise, I HAVE TO have them.  I was able to get these bents on a decent deal but haven't been able to get a discount for Bacon's so I figure I'd try and trade these for some Bacon's if I could.  If not then I'll end up keeping these.

considering I haven't been able to find them anywhere on the interweb for less than full retail, its not all that bad of a deal.  Since most websites offer free shipping.  I'd do them for $700 shipped, with zero sales tax.

08/09 bacons were garbage compared to the new ones.

if you need help finding bacons, there's a shop in breckenridge with like three sets. I could probably help you out.

yeah, i guess i am a fucking idiot then for liking a more flexible, versatile ski...I never said the old bacons were a bad ski. just mentioned that compared to the new ones I would never go back. And if you say you would you're a liar. I've had the 08/09 lizzy, 09/10 EP Pro and an 09.10 bacon. never had a problem with either but once I got to demo the new bacons I sold the old.
