best game ever. really. you've got make an account, but all it takes in an email to sign in. sign up and enjoy. takes a little while to get used to the controls (same as any game you are new to) but its so much fun. if you haven't played it yet (or recently since they updated it)

and i was gonna say jack off, but you just got arm surgery... sorry about that. just get creative or find a friend...
