Hey, I had problems uploading the video on to ns. So here is the link to my first ski edit. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jp_LgoPZoqw. Please dont hate and please give constructive criticism. Also anyone know any good editing systems for hp pavillion. I did this on movie maker.
not bad at all for a first edit, I've definitely seen worse.
in the description you said there weren't many features, but it got boring watching the same tricks on the same rail and butter box all the time. there was a good variety of angles to your shots though so that was a plus.
a couple tips i have are to keep working on stomping the tricks, looks like you are really progressing
and also, style is defined by what flows the best and feels natural. you dont have to ski exactly like the pros for it to look stylish and good. (not to imply that you are)
thanks for the help everyone. I know the song is over used its just that was the first thing that came to mind on a quick edit. Movie maker kinda sucks, any suggestions on good systems for hp? keep the tips coming on the skiing please
maybe don't put so many shots of the same trick, also what mountain is that? the terrain looks unusual to me for some reason, you also might consider getting some shorter poles if you plan on doing more park. also i like to say also a lot
