Replying to HELP ME!

As all of you paypalers are aware, it takes 3-5 days to electronically transfer funds from your bank account. Well, i thought that it would make it easier to use the GoldDot MoneyPak card so i could skip this 3-5 days and buy my magic pants. So, i went to CVS and the lady told me i first needed to buy a Gold Dot prepaid debit card, so i did that and put 200$ on it. Now, i cant do anything with this and i have 200$ on a card that has no meaning and im not sure if i can transfer it onto PayPal or not. Someone has to know what i should/could do?
