Quick banshee bungee question

if i were to just buy the bungee can i just use one of my wakeboarding tow rope handles?
also is the lead line what you tie around the rail, and is that necessary or can i just like clip the bungee to rail or use some random rope?

can make your own with surgical rubber and and a handle. Might not be as good but cheaper. Or you can use those ghetto bungee cords taped together if you want to be really ghetto.

basically all im askin is, is there an advantage to using the handle that banshee makes or can i just a wakeboard handle and get teh same performance?

well the banshee handle is designed for the specific use of being towed in on snow. and a wakeboard handle is designed for the specific use of being towed on water.

but since all snow is water, but not all water is snow it would make perfect sense to use a wakeboard handle on a banshee.

don't go the other way though. the results could be catastrophic...

the handle they give you is fine but you could use a wake board handle if you want. also we used a chain insted of the rope given to you as the atachment. make sure its clicked on there properly cause it hurts when it hits you

Does anyone know what the diameter of one single strand is on the bungee cord? I am trying to make my own and want to know what rubber to get.

if I am not mistaken the rope goes between the handle and the bungee so that you stop accelerating before you are on top of the rail. so its a nice thing to have

so i have the banshee ill used it today for urban get the rope and the handle u need them trust me also u will need to get a heavy duty carribeaner onlly like 3 buks at ur local hardware store

most of these people are talking out their asses. ive used banshees with the stock handle and with a wakeboard handle, and i would say just go with the wakeboard handle if it is a nice wide one. the handle banshee gives you stock is kinda skinny to be pulling back and having somebody grab onto at the same time. the yellow rope it comes with is just rope, and not really good rope at that, so you would be fine using some other rope. Also, definitely go get some good caribeaners at a climbing store

The Banshee handle is also meant for use in water, so yes you should be totally fine.

Idk i would trust something thats in production and has been tested a lot. Something homemade could go horribly brong involving bungees
