Splitting rails

theres this a frame rail where i ski and idk why but every time i hit it i split the rail but i never split any other rails. do you have any tips?

Keep your shoulders parallel to the rail (don't twist at the hip), be sure to look at the end of the rail.

ya i know and im doing that but for some reason im just not getting it right and its just bothering me and nw concentrating on it is fucking up my other stuff

I used to always have this same problem and I think that something with really locking on helps me and watching the end of the rail. I also make sure that I get my knees ready for the kink so that they can ease into it but I totally know what your talking about because for almost two seasons I had this problem.
