both in bounds and out of bounds....if out of bounds what type of gear needed(do you need avy gear for the mushroom bowl, or east vail chutes?)

theres very little good stuff on the front of the mountain except for the few 'chutes' like pumphouse, been there, done that, mudslide, frontside which are all around (under) the vista ban but may or may not be open
zot cliffs are pretty legit and they're right under that midvail lift....north rim/south rim have good cliffs...prima cornice is pretty steep
thats about all the good shit in the front of the mountain..most double blacks are just bump runs
for the back bowls just stick to the places where people don't go...the farther it takes to get somewhere, the less people go there and better it will be
blue sky is fun to explore, lovers leap is the steepest thing at vail and has some good cliffs just a shitty outrun through some fucking annoying woods
NEVER go to inner/outer mongolia bowls cause they suck
also you don't really need to follow runs in the back bowls/blue sky, its meant to just be open skiing and you'll make it back to the lifts
