Difference between Dark Grey Lens and Dark Grey Polarized Lens?

Can someone tell me the difference for these lens' for crowbars aside from the fact that they're polarized?

I think the light trasmission in them, the Grey polarized is more like an everyday lense, and the dark grey is only for sunny days. I´m not 100% sure.

pretty sure it's the opposite.
they're both sunny day lenses, just grey polarized is gonna block out the sun even more so.

Polarised lens help reduce glare by filtering out "bad Light" as some brands call it. Light waves move in many directions and its usally the light waves which move side to side which can cause glare. Polarised lenses help reduce this by filtering the side to side light waves. Its similar to how the lenses work in the 3d glasses you get when you see a 3d film. One lens sees half the image and the other lense the other half, the image is polirised differntly for each eye.

The direction of the waves changes when the light reflects off of something, eg. snow. That is why polarized lenses let through the light that comes from the sun, but block the light reflected from the snow. Less glare, happy times.

the polarized is going to be better for both because it cuts out more of the glare and "bad light" without making the lens darker

dark gray = sunny days and a cheap murdered out goggle.
polarized = sunny days but fuctional.
i had polarized dark gray last year and i never really took the time to pay attention to how much glare it reduces. now i have the regualar dark grey lenses and i still havent just looked at stuff through the lense but i will work on that and come back with some better, more helpful information.

Don't quote me on this, but I've heard that the Dark gray is just the Gray polarized without the polarized coating... I'm probably completely wrong though...

Seems about right. I'm pretty sure they usually use just a coating for polarized lenses.
