Okey now saga is really starting to piss me off.
When I ordered I didn't get any confirmation, though they transfered my money to their account. My mom ordered because I'm not over 18. I Go to a freeskiing high school up north so I wasn't there. She thought I had got the mail and I thought she wrote her own mail and we didn't realise anything. after mailing them quite alot of mails I finally got this back:
"Hi, The only order I can find under your name was never completed from your side. There for it is out of our hands.
Thanks.
Saga"
There had to be some problem with the order, but I know for a fact that they got my money, I have the transfer confirmation from the bank and all. I don't speak very good english nether does my parents, so it's kind of hard to call them, plus the bill gets superexpensive because I live in Sweden.
Any tips on what I should do? I really want my clothes because I ski like 5 days a week and it's getting cold now.
If they can't solve this I will have to report to the police, I don't feel like giving away my money :/
