Replying to Causwell Customer Service
This past week i finally decided to try and track down my order from causwell which had been M.I.A since october. I emailed them on saturday and promptly got a reply apologizing for the fact that i had to ask where my order was and to call them on monday. so today i gave them a call and was greeted by a very friendly person. i explained to him that i had placed the order through proform for boulder freeride club. he looked up my name and told me that he had no history of my order, which is what i had figured had happened (i'm assuming that the order never got placed at all). so he proceeded to search their inventory and he found the last coat in the size and style that i wanted. he went above and beyond my expectations by still giving me a discount even though it was no fault of theirs at all. i am now waiting for my jacket to ship, which hopefully will be this week according to them, and i am so glad that i ordered from a company that takes care of their customers as well as they did.
