I hate people who think what level you are has anything at all to do with how good you are.
Anyway, Level 44, Not prestiged yet. The game was at my buddies house for like three weeks, so I havent played that much.

Only because you aren't a high level. It doesn't ALWAYS represent your skill level, but it is the easiest way. Since the longer you play. the more experience you get, hence, you improve. But some people are still terrible even at a high level, and some people are still very good when they aren't as high a level.
