honestly if i lived in haiti the only justification for how completely fucked up that country is would be that there's some form of black magic involved. that's what a lot of haitians think, and they think you need to counterbalance it with white magic in order to save the country.

it is such a fucked up place that just gets manipulated over and over by the world bank and IMF in attempts to pay off loans

can't start fresh with a country that's 98% deforested and has very little potential for producing crops. look on google earth at the difference between haiti and the dominican

dominicans should just take a very large saw and cut along the border and then push haiti away and let it fend for itself
