How does Timberline work?

Can someone give me a basic rundown as to how Timberline works? I lived in Salem for 4 yrs and skied at Meadows everyweekend until they closed. Then i wanted to go to T-line but everyone told me they were closed now. Now I live in WI and people are telling me Timberline is open all summer? Is that just for summer camps like Windells? And how much snow is there, how do you get up to it up on the glacier and is it open everyday? Thanks, these are questions i've always had but could never figure out from their website
