Help Please..I need your advice.

So i've been really sick today, throwing up since 3 A.M. And in this time I have become really hungry and thirsty but whenever I try to drink just a little bit of water, I throw it up. Any suggestions on what to do? I really need it...thanks.

haha i love how people turn to nsg for medical advice. call a doctor, go to a doctor, look up your symptoms...
