ITunes library deletion help

So I deleted my iTunes library due to terrible advice, and I was wondering if there is any way to retrieve my music and put it back into itunes. I originally sent all of my music to the recycling bin, but when I checked there later the "iTunes music" folder was empty. I have my library on my iPhone also.

I'm open to advice/help, and this should go un-said, but +k for help. Shanks.

an app called Senuti could possibly help to get music off your ipod. you can find a serial for it on youtube, or pay the 10 or 15 bucks it costs whatever. im not sure if its mac only or not.

I just did this and it worked to perfection. Costed me like 15 bucks but it was well worth it for all of my music. Thanks for the help y'all.
