Self Checkout Success

So today, I go into Albertsons to get some salami (nohomo) and coffee. So I go to the little coffee station get my beans, grind it up and we're good to go. So I go to self checkout because scanning those barcodes make me feel like a fucking boss. I have to weigh my coffee but I can't find it on the list of selections. Then I think to myself...what is the heaviest fruit/vegetable? I chose a banana (you could have chose an apple or something else heavy) and set it on the scale. It weighed out to be 33 cents...that's right folks. I just got coffee for 33 CENTS. I beat the system. So next time you don't feel like spending money on just about anything, you can just select the heaviest known fruit/vegetable, put it on the scale and pay way less.

You didn't beat the system, you stole the coffee. Next time just walk out without the bother of the self-checkout. It will be exactly the same and save you time. Thief.

i checked out at customer service to buy some lighters, i had three other items and possibly appeared to be stoned, i bought atwo pack of bic lighters and the lady didnt put them in the one bag she put the rest of the stuff in. i called her up and she was like" the lighter s were right on the counter. youll have to come pick them " but she knew. well my buddy happened to have bought a 5 pack so i went right in there later that night wit his receipt and got the 5 pack instead. i was like bitch, you dont fuck with me!, now i gots three free lighters. I felt boss as fuck.....lol.

3 year grocery store veteran, this is old news.

also on red bull 24 packs you can rip off the bar code, and because of the way the cans are positioned you can scan a single red bull instead (you pay the price of one for 24) and look like you're paying for the hole box. there are a bunch of other nifty tricks as well.

however i dont recommend thievery in this economy

I bought ice cream at the grocery store the other day. When I checked out, I was charged too much. When I brought it to their attention, they just gave me the ice cream for free.
