Ok so I have had alot of problems with my bindings which are Rossignol Freeski 110 XL the '10 model, I was thinking of buying Rossignol SAS2 100 and I was wondering if its necessary for me to remount. The skis im using are the 09 anthems, same boots, my skis have been mounted once at midsole. I also ski a good majority of park so if you have bought the rossignol sas2 100's are they good in the park?

they are a cheap version of the look jibs..they are ok nothing great..i'd spend the extra cash on some jib ti's but honestly all those "dildo" bindings kinda suck....get some markers or head/tyrolia's like i should have :(

I'm not really looking for something top tier I just want a binding which isn't going to break and is relatively cheap

Umm, no they don't. They are a far better design than Tyrolia and pretty much all of the Marker series (With the exception of the Jester).

they are a much better design than the jester. more durable, more elastic travel, more consistent releasing, just heavy.
and op, saying you want a cheap binding that doesnt break? good fucking luck.

SAS2 100s use the standard heel tray (not reinforced- think non-STH). The SAS2 120s use the race heel tray (reinforced- think STH) and have a higher DIN of 12. The 120s will be more durable, especially on switch landings which cause a lot of heel tray damage/issues.

Just so we're clear, what kind of bindings do they have? PX12s or 14s? Something like that? How many people do you know with these bindings that all have massively malfunctioning brakes exactly? I'm curious because I've always heard/had good experiences with the Look design.

Agreed, my PX12's are amazing, never had a problem. And I just got some used PX14's so we'll see how that works out but I am a big fan of the PX series.
