Looks somewhat retarded, if they did a different/smarter design then maybe but it just looks like they slapped another pair of pockets as a defect during manufacture.

My brother got the Large in black. He's about 5'6" and that thing almost goes down to his knees. It has a narrow neck, but you can get your head through it without too much trouble. The fabric doesn't stretch at all, so don't buy it thinking you are going to make it longer. It looks super dope, though.
