basically it is a lottery where you cant lose any money. you would buy a "ticket" thats maybe $50, and that money, along with other players is invested and the profits of those investments goes to the winner. you automatically get you buy in money back.

ok, everybody give me all of you money, and then i'll give a 15% return on it each year.


(the key is to keep taking more money from new people each year and that is the money that goes into the 15% returns hee hee hee)
