Crowbar Lens Cleaning Help

Okay so I tried searching, no luck. Anyways maybe you can refer to me to a particular thread but I can't seem to find one.

So,
I think theres a tear mark on the inside of my grey polarized. I'm told not to touch the inside of my lens so I'm wondering what the best way to clean it off is? Thanks!

If anything, Id just breathe on the inside and take a microfiber cloth to the inside.
As long as you don't get the inside part of the lens wet, you should be golden


I had the same problem with my i/o and when i sprayed the inside of the lens, it fucked them up. haha oh well. got the lens for free.
