Does anybody know if we have to pre-register online or can we sign up at the mountain in the morning before? Also, is it worth it to hike to the park to save money from not buying a pass, like is it a far hike? and is anyone entering 14-and-under?

if the jam is where it is last year that would be a knarley hike. and you can sign up there.
