Smith I/O Red or Gold sensor mirror lens's

anyone have either of these lenses and that could take a real picture of it and put on here because im curouse of what exacly they look like besides lookin at the fake pictures on smith's website
im thinkin of gettin either of these two or just getting the regular sensor lens for nightime use

by red do you mean the sol-x? they are similar to an oakley fire lens but maybe slightly more red. definitely a sick lens

I don't have any pictures, but to my knowledge all Sensor mirror lenses have the same VLT. With that said, I do prefer to look through the original Blue one though, seems to be easier with my eyes.

yeah i meant "red sensor mirror" or "Gold sensor mirror"
not the sol-x
and yeah i have never actually seen any of these lenses anyway. and do you actually see red or gold with those lenses im not to sure this is why im asking before i go and drop $55 on a lens that i need by the wknd but from what i know i believe the regular sensor mirror is pretty good like you said

i'm interested in this too. what are you guys using for a lense for night skiing? i was considering clear but i'm not sure that would be the best. or maybe yellow but would that be more of a flat light lense?

anyways bump for a relevant thread.

Smith does it primarily to better match their frame colors, you can't see the Red, Gold, or Blue tint for example, but they are very slightly different tints. Almost imperceptible, which is what they are trying to do- keep the benefits of Sensor but better match different frame colors.

Probably either the clear or ignitor sensor. Its got a bright yellow tint to it. It really does enhance light in dark conditions.
