do the derivative of the outside and leave the parentheses the same times the derivative of the tan and leave whats in the parentheses the same (you dont have to worry about the x^1/2) then times this by the derivative of whats in the final parentheses... i think thats how you do it... god i hate calc..
fuckin amazing that i actually passed calculus back in the day. my advice is to go ski... cause somehow you'll pass, and then one day you'll be looking at ns and see some calc question, and be like holy shit wat the hell is dat yo
HOLY DICKS thats a bitch of a chain rule. just break it down and write it all out. always works for me when it seems ridiculously impossible. thats gonna take up a page though... damn!
