all the "regi" legendaries are in fire red, they each have their own temple and a whole bunch of shit you have to figure out and shit written in brail, very very complex

You actually catch Dyoxys on an island called "Birth Island" with an E-reader "ticket" that was distributed at a special event. It allows you to travel there by boat from Slateport City.

2 ways to get Dyoxys:

1. warp there (

What the hell!?

1. warp there with a Gameshark and code. It's better than just spawning him in your PC as there would still be some sport in it, although I just used one of my x100 Master Balls.

2. haggle with some dude on eBay over aforementioned ticket.
