You got to respect that streak though. The last time Favre didn't start, I was just starting pre-school...now I've been out of college for over a half year.
sorry about that farvey, it would have been cool if he got to 300, then he could retire, they would call him mr. 300, but then the nfl would go back and realize that 3 of the starts don't count and take them away from his statistics and he would try and go back to the nfl and start 3 more games to make it up. and he would come very close to doing it too, maybe he could have it he wanted to, but in the end he decides not to start the last game and in doing so he helps his team win. and even though a younger self may have regretted that decision, he now realized that it was the right thing to do and by doing so he learns a much more important lesson about life.
He is finally done playing, now we can worship his achievements and pretend that he didn't get addicted to drugs, have every record in the league (good and bad) put on a huge charade about retiring for 7 straight seasons, come out of retirement for 2 different teams, send a picture of his dick to some chick and leave creepy messages on her phone, and worst of all, play for the vikings.

anyways, good for you brett, glad that you brought your one and only trophy back to titletown, you were the most entertaining quarterback to watch in the last 2 decades.
i would be so pissed to be favre. 3 away from 300. i mean still he holds the record by 92 or something like that. but i will be looking forward to being pissed off at travaris next season instead of favre.
