Yeah, have a priest, a Cop, a black fella, and a PRegnant woman get in a car wreck er sumthin. At church our priest was tellin us about how he was almost in a car wreck and thought it was his fault, and then he said there was a black dude, a cop, a pregnant woman, and him. work with that. i dunno how those four ppl have anything to do with a political cartoon, but he said it was like one. i don't actually know what a political cartoon is.

my ss teacher collects political cartoons and posts them on the wall, how about you like have this guy walking a dog with his leash but there is not dog so it looks like a floating leash, and then put on the coller, W.M.D
cuz there are no weponds of mass destruction, just like there is no dog on the end of the leash
