Replying to Looking for some new pants... Suggestions?

I tore a huge hole in the ass of my pants over the weekend and I'm looking for a new pair. I'm not exactly sure what I want (I have an Xavier Pro flame/black/white jacket) but I'm thinking something beige?

I dunno I'm looking for suggestions. I can run with a shell or an insulated pair and they need to be pretty durable. Also looking for something reasonibly priced (around 250?). Thanks for any suggestions!
