Replying to Sleep
So usually my sleep schedule is pretty fucked. Go to bed anywhere from 5am to never. For almost a week a couple weeks ago I had a good thing going. Going to be between 11-2, waking up at a decent hour. It was nice to be a little consistent. I'll have to figure for work it out when my mountain opens anyway.
I don't know whether I should go to bed sometime within the next few hours, or just stay up and go to bed tomorrow night or tonight or whatever it is.
Sparknotes sleep how does it work, and should i go to be tonight or tomorrow.
