I did something skiing so now the tendon just above my knee hurts like a bitch and my thigh muscles sieze up. It heals with RICE rest ice compresson an elevation
also my calf muscle will sometimes gradually get tight when i have been sitting down and if i dont catch it part way threw and stretch my foot gets stuck pointed out for like 5 minutes and my calf muscle is pretty unresponsive. anybody get this too?
