Dakine Omega or Dakine Charger?

Hey guys, I need some help deciding which glove to choose. Ive narrowed it down to the dakine omega and the dakine charger. Im looking for a glove that will keep me warm and dry for powder skiing. Both have hipora waterproof inserts and need to know which is warmer. Are they any other suggestions that are not too expensive? Much appreciated.
