I think I have HPPD

So today i was sitting in a chair so i closed my eyes for a few minutes.But then when I looked up i had forgotten where i was.I couldnt make out what i was doing in a chair or what i should do.When i got up i tried to open a door but i was grabbing for the handle a few feet away from the actual door.The lights were unusally bright and had those auras as if i was tired(BUT I WASNT I WAS VERY AWAKE).I could barely make out sentences and mixed up a shitload of words.I was also very excited for no reason.this effect lasted most of the day and just finally calmed down.

this kinda scared me and i thought it might be a flashback or something.(I havent used anything in about 3 months).Just now i looked up what might have happened and my best diagnosis would be Hallucinogen persistent perception disorder or physcosis.What should i do?

ehh whatever i was too busy typing and didnt realize.Would it be better if i said i haven't smoked in 3 months?But to the untrained eye nobody knows the difference
