-Member of Motorcycle Club
-Chilling on porch of Motorcycle Club member
-Cops come, tazer him multiple times
-Shoot him 3 times with a .40 to the chest
-Cops order him to take hands out of pockets
-The guy vomits from shock and can't move
-Officer Browne then proceeds to kill him
-Officer Browne promoted to Captain
