Question: which are the better lendses to pic to go with a murdered crowbar or splice. The Grey, dark Grey, or black iridium. Im wondering which ones are the most straight up black.
Don't purchase a goggle lens just because it looks cool and its gonna make your crowbars or splices look "ignant". Black lense like that are mainly usefull in sunny day conditions. You will regret having a very dark lense when it comes to flat light and overcast conditions.
I would say Dark Grey. If you go to Oakley.com and under products>goggles you'll see custom goggles. There you can pick a lens and see it on the goggle. I personally have the dark grey and they are DARK.
I agree with Theron. Unless you're gonna be skiing in mostly sunny conditions, those lenses won't be too great. My Splices came with either black iridium or dark grey, I can't remember, but when it's cloudy, or I'm skiing at night, it's hard to see.
I have murdered C-bars. The darkest you can get, which is what i have, is the Grey Polorized. But thats gonna cost around 200 for the goggles. So if your going with non polorized id say black iridium which i also have on some seth morrison cbars.
